    Professional Experience and Skills

    Management

Elliot ran a large service company with more than 5,000 customers at various points in his career. He was in charge of overseeing staff at all levels and ensuring yearly targets for the budget, human resources, and client results were reached. Although the job is tough, he considers managing to be very gratifying. He advises every manager to develop a clear team vision while motivating staff to achieve individual goals. Incredible development and client care are possible when everyone works together to set and achieve new goals.

    Actual Estate

Adler has broad and in-depth real estate knowledge. He keeps up a high degree of personal knowledge about real estate investment and development and the particular specifications for residential and commercial buildings. Each path needs a specific set of abilities and close attention to detail to secure long-term gains.

    Real Estate Development

In 2021 and the beginning of 2022, the California real estate market saw the same boom as the rest of the country. Adler has experience in real estate that goes beyond the last several years and includes involvement in several significant development and financing initiatives in the San Diego region. Mixed-use residential and commercial complexes are particularly intriguing. This real estate development sector is projected to experience rising demand as demand for residential units keeps growing.

Property development, commercial lease negotiations (with Starbucks, AT&T, and other corporate executives), ground leases, and the complexities of real estate financing are all sources of Elliot Adler's interest in real estate. While expanding wealth and the total portfolio is the ultimate aim, sustainable development, community building, and supporting the expansion of San Diego and the local economy are essential priorities.

    Investment in real estate

Many financial products with a real estate concentration have grown in favor of more conventional investors over the past few years. This has prompted investment firms to diversify their property holdings more, and it also offers overall direction for development in various fields.

Some of the most well-liked investment vehicles are real estate investment trusts, REITs, and real estate-specific mutual funds. Both are great options for diversifying a portfolio generally as well as for starting started in real estate. Adler sees these financial instruments as a method to take part in real estate deals while keeping some liquidity and making money when a significant solo real estate investment is not imminent.

Investments can be made in the form of recurring purchases of shares or securities that resemble claims to preserve easy access to cash. Still, it is also feasible to fund these vehicles through retirement plans like a 401(k), IRA, Roth IRA, or even a Health Savings Account, or HSA.

A more extensive portfolio of diverse holdings, such as residential buildings, office buildings, commercial centers, and other properties, can be maintained using REITs. Rent payments and further gains on property are the sources of income and profits. REITs are an excellent method to diversify the whole stock portfolio, and the REIT itself may be pretty diverse, further protecting investors from market downturns.

    Participation in charity and philanthropy

Being a prosperous businessman opens up several possibilities for interaction with San Diego-area nonprofits. Elliot Adler considers genuine volunteer work the cornerstone of his philanthropy since he believes in going above and beyond the bare minimum of making a charity gift. Additionally, he had urged his coworkers to volunteer in his earlier positions.

Participating in youth basketball leagues and giving money to assist in covering costs such as uniforms, league dues, and other miscellaneous equipment for the inner city leagues are some of his best volunteer experiences. In San Diego, he also volunteered to coach a high school boys' varsity basketball team for two years.

Efforts to help others are also made at Mama's Kitchen. A local non-profit organization called Mama's Kitchen is committed to assisting San Diego citizens who are critically ill to avoid developing further health issues as a result of malnutrition. Meal preparation and delivery are used to give nutritional support to those with heart disease, diabetes, HIV, or other chronic illnesses. Adler has volunteered at the charity to support them in achieving its goals. He has spent several hours personally preparing meals for those in need.

Adler has a particular passion for assisting people and played a vital role in the campaign to release Neil Miller, who had been unfairly imprisoned for 22 years. Miller was finally cleared by DNA evidence that Adler diligently sought and examined. Miller had already served ten years in jail for a crime he did not commit at the time of this revelation. The Innocence Project, a group devoted to freeing persons falsely charged and convicted of crimes, has acknowledged 300 exonerees, including him.
